Our newest Après Golf Collection includes 3 new color ways. Our sweatshirts are super soft, casual and extremely comfortable. The perfect layer to keep warm, while light enough to move freely, we’ve updated our top layer for a more modern, feminine style accompanied by hip length coverage and raglan sleeves, creating a long, slim look.

Our sweatshirts are made a little oversized, so Ladies, you may want to size down for a more “fitted” look.
Lauren would normally wear a size LARGE in sweatshirts and is wearing a MEDIUM in our sweatshirt. She is 5’9.
Tanis would normally wear a size MEDIUM in sweatshirts and is wearing a SMALL in our sweatshirt. She is 5’4.
Each of our limited edition sweatshirts have been screen printed with the highest quality and have been pre-washed and pre-shrunk to ensure no bleeding or shrinking!

Shipment processing time
All other orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 across Canada for standard expedited shipping. Carrier calculated rates are also available for express services.
All shipping rates on international orders are calculated at checkout and based on where the package is being shipped.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Charming Sally is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Charming Sally is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number as well as a reason for your return. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for return shipping costs incurred. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
